Supplier Growth Systems (“we”, “us”) provides Procurement-to-Lead™ digital services to industrial and B2B suppliers from Oman. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01Information we collect
Information you submit through the Free Supplier Growth Audit form. Full name, company name, business email, phone / WhatsApp number, website URL, industry, products or services, country, and the improvement area you select.
Contact information. Anything you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, including the content of those messages.
Website usage information. Standard technical data that web servers record when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We use a short-lived, one-way hashed record of your IP address to prevent automated or repeated form submissions.
02How we use information
- Lead and contact communication: to review your audit request, prepare the audit, and contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Service delivery: to provide any services you subsequently engage us for.
- Service improvement: to understand which pages and content are useful and to improve the website and our services.
- Security and abuse prevention: to detect spam, automated submissions and misuse of the website.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to marketing newsletters without your agreement.
03Data security
Audit requests are stored in an access-controlled database. Access is restricted to authorised Supplier Growth Systems personnel through authenticated, role-based accounts. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.
04Data retention
We keep audit requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, to deliver services, and to maintain a reasonable business record of our enquiries. Anti-spam records derived from IP addresses are kept only briefly. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 08).
05Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website, host our database and deliver email. These providers process information only to provide their services to us. They include our website hosting and backend platform, our transactional email delivery service, and our business email provider. Where you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.
06Cookies and analytics
At the date of this policy the website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Only technically necessary functionality is used to serve the site. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this policy and display a cookie notice where appropriate.
07International transfers
Our service providers may store or process information on servers located outside Oman. By submitting information through this website you understand that it may be processed in those locations by providers acting on our instructions.
08Your rights and choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we have no continuing business or legal reason to keep it. 09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers or applicable requirements change. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies.
